Shipping Policy

International

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide through trusted courier partners. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping charges are calculated per order and are not refunded once the order has shipped.

Estimated delivery timelines

• Standard International Delivery: 7 to 15 business days
• Express International Delivery: 3 to 7 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier operations.

Within India

• Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required
• Check pin code availability at checkout
• Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days

Customs duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes set by the destination country. These charges are determined solely by local customs authorities. ELVN has no control over them and cannot predict their amount, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared by email, and you can monitor your shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Address changes

Shipping address changes can only be made before an order has been dispatched. Once shipped, we are not able to redirect or change the delivery address.

Failed delivery attempts

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to pay customs duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. In these cases, shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any additional carrier fees are not refunded.

Order cancellation

International orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged. Partial COD orders within India follow the same rule and cannot be cancelled once the advance is paid.
