Where do we deliver?
We currently ship Pan-India!
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to bring ELVN Active to the rest of the world soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Get ready to hit the gym in your new gear! We will deliver your order within 4-6 business days from the date it is placed. Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your specific pin code.
Do you charge a shipping fee?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (and/or SMS/WhatsApp) to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed during sales or high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.
Address & delivery responsibility
Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, phone number, pin code) are entered accurately at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
Once an order is shipped, it is handled by our logistics partners. While we work closely with them to ensure smooth delivery:
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- In case of delivery disputes, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier partner
- Orders returned due to non-availability, refusal, or incorrect address may be subject to reshipping charges
