Returns & Exchange Process

STEP 1: Submit Your Request

Please keep the following handy:

  • Mobile Number / Email Address
  • Order ID

Enter your details and select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. You'll be guided through the steps directly on the portal.


STEP 2: Courier Pickup

A pickup will be arranged from your registered address within 2–4 business days. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging before the pickup arrives.


STEP 3: Quality Check at Warehouse

Once the item reaches our warehouse, our team will complete a quality check within 2–3 business days.

Items must meet the following conditions to pass QC:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, perfume, or makeup
  • Tags intact and attached
  • Returned in original condition

STEP 4: Resolution

If QC passes: Your credit note (valid for 12 months) or exchange order will be processed and confirmed via email.

If QC fails: The item will be shipped back to your address and you'll be notified with the reason.
