International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to selected countries worldwide.
All international orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Shipping charges are calculated per order. Free Standard International Shipping is available on orders above $85. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local regulations, public holidays, weather conditions, and courier operations.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are solely the responsibility of the customer. ELVN Active has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. Customers can monitor shipment status directly through the courier partner's tracking portal.
Address Changes
Shipping address modifications can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or change the delivery address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address details;
Customer unavailability;
Refusal to accept the shipment;
Failure to pay customs duties or taxes;
the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any additional carrier fees are non-refundable.
International Returns and Exchanges
No Returns or Exchanges
All international orders are considered final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on products shipped outside India.
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive:
A damaged product;
A defective product; or
An incorrect item,
please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@elvnactive.com, or WhatsApp us on +91 9892836850.
To facilitate resolution, kindly provide:
Order number;
Clear photographs of the product;
Images of the outer packaging; and
A complete unboxing video recorded without pauses or edits.
Claims raised beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to their operations. ELVN Active shall not be liable for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an international order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
